These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between Maria Maklakiewicz Lingua ("we", "us", "our") and users ("you", "your") regarding the purchase and use of our products and services, including natural cosmetics, beauty supplements, massage accessories, and online courses & video consultations.  

1. Introduction  

We provide natural cosmetics, beauty supplements, massage accessories, and offer online face yoga & massage courses and video consultations through our website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable laws.  

2. Jurisdiction and Governing Law  

We are based in Poland, and these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland. Physical products are sold only to EU countries, while online courses and consultations are offered internationally. By using our services, you consent to this jurisdiction and governing law.  

3. Refunds and Returns  

- Physical Products: You have the right to return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving them. The returned products must be in the same state as when they arrived. Returned products must be sent back to:

- Online Products: No refunds or cancellations are allowed for online courses or video consultations once the purchase has been made.  

4. Shipping and Delivery  

We are not liable for any delays in shipping. If a shipment is lost, we are not liable, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving the issue. Shipping costs will be provided at checkout.  

5. Payment Terms  

We use Stripe as our primary payment provider, which offers multiple payment methods. Customers are responsible for ensuring successful payment. In case of payment failure, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.  

6. Customer Responsibilities  

- Shipping Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

- Course and Consultation Access: Customers are responsible for maintaining access to the email used for logging into courses or booking consultations.  

7. Age Restrictions  

The minimum age to use our services is 15. For clients who are not legally adults in their country, parental or guardian consent is required.  

8. Intellectual Property  

All logos, content, and online materials are the intellectual property of Maria Maklakiewicz Lingua. These assets cannot be copied, shared, or redistributed without written consent from us. Any violation of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.  

9. Liability Limitations  

- We are only liable for damages to physical products if the damage occurs before the product is shipped. We are not liable for damages during shipping.

- We are not liable for any service interruptions, such as downtime affecting the availability of our website, courses, or consultations.

10. Data Privacy  

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Customer data is securely stored in SOMBA.io and is shared only with payment providers and banks as necessary for processing transactions. By using our services, you consent to our use of your personal data as outlined in our privacy policy.  

11. Dispute Resolution  

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through arbitration. If arbitration is unsuccessful, you may pursue the matter through the courts in Poland.  

12. Modifications and Interruptions  

We reserve the right to update or modify our course content and features at any time. We are not liable for any interruptions in service, including downtime affecting the website, courses, or consultations.  

13. Video Consultation Policy  

- No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation, it will be considered delivered.

14. Course and Community Access

For those purchasing the "Face Yoga for the Busy: 5-Day Transformation Process," you are granted access to the course and the Face Yoga Community group for one year from the date of purchase. Access to both the course materials and the community group will automatically expire after one year unless renewed.
